Fifteen men showed to Alcatraz for a classic prison yard beat down.

Mosey to other field

One group wall sits while other group side shuffles to fence and back, switch, then rinse and repeat.

Then group 1 walk sits while other group karaoke to fence and jog back, switch, them rinse and repeat.

Mosey to hill.  Go up and down the hill 2x each.  At each point stop and do 20 mountain climbers, 20 LBC and 20 he-low Dolly’s.  Hand off to the man!!!
