No need to bring your own equipment today the VQ (Opie), as he went all out for his fist time. Thank You gentlemen for the turnout today and coming to support me in my first Q. This group has meant a lot to me and I look forward to the pain every morning. Keep up the hard work and I plan to be there if not every morning as many as I can make.
