It doesn’t get much better than the conditions we had in the gloom on this fine hump day. The PAX was asked to pray about and look for opportunities to make a difference, to do something. There is brokenness and injustice all around us… Orphans in the Children’s Attention Home is just one example and God is calling us to be his hands and feet which means we need to mobilize. Find your call and begin the journey

  • 10 bomb jacks

 Pain Station #5 – Chest and Shoulders in the bus loop (4 min)

  • 3 wall climbs
  • 10 merkins
  • 10 carolina dry docks
