THE THANG: Interval training at the 4 corners of the parking lot. 50 seconds on, 20 off. 4 exercises then move to the next corner. Got in a round and a half

COT: 1 is the loneliest number, but 2 isn’t far off when making announcements and prayer requests… Glad Sawdust was there to keep me from just cutting out instead of working out!
