Run from WEP down and across 160 to field near Memorial Park

COP – SSH x25, IW x25, CCD x25, Slow sumo squat x25, Mtn climber x25

Run to Monument Park on Main Street

Split into 5 groups
Group 1: 15 Derkins on monument
Group 2: 20 Right leg step ups on monument
Group 3: 15 Derkins on monument
Group 4: 20 Left leg step ups on monument
Group 5: 10 donkey kicks on wall
Rotate among 5 stations (rinse and repeat)

Plank series

Mosey to wall and partner up
Partner 1: Balls to the wall
Partner 2: Bear crawl across grassy area, 10 squats at other end, run back
Flapjack
Continue counting down squats…finish after 5 count series

Plank series

Bridge series (aka Balls to the Moon)

Two lines in plank formation with bunny hop train across, then repeat other direction

Run back to field near Memorial Park

4 Minutes of Mary – High slow flutter x15, Freddie Mercury x15, Peter Parker x15, Gravediggers x8 (R+L)

The theme today was thankfulness in response to recent emails relating to marriage, F3, men committed to growth, etc.  We are truly blessed, men…in ways I know I can’t even really comprehend.

Having trained up Beano over the course of the past few months, we now send him off to the faithful in Raleigh to show ’em how it’s done.  Godspeed, brother!
