Non-Religious View:
Alignment is about coherence—when values, actions, and priorities point in the same direction. When they don’t, life feels heavy and scattered. Burnout often isn’t from doing too much, but from doing the wrong things. This month is a reset: identify what matters, cut what doesn’t, and focus energy where it actually produces impact.
