3rd F Word of the Month For January: Alignment

Spiritual View:
Alignment begins with surrendering the illusion of control. Scripture reminds us that when our ways align with God’s will, our paths become clearer—even when they’re not easier. Alignment isn’t about having everything figured out; it’s about committing to the right direction. When faith, priorities, and actions line up, confusion gives way to peace and purpose. Misalignment, on the other hand, drains energy and breeds frustration. This month challenges men to ask: What am I chasing, and does it align with who God is calling me to be?

Non-Religious View:
Alignment is about coherence—when values, actions, and priorities point in the same direction. When they don’t, life feels heavy and scattered. Burnout often isn’t from doing too much, but from doing the wrong things. This month is a reset: identify what matters, cut what doesn’t, and focus energy where it actually produces impact. Alignment doesn’t require faith—it requires honesty.
