We were paired up because no one can do life alone especially not a workout designed by Bogey…hahaha This workout was designed to imitate ones life where he struggles along and then gets a little bit of Jesus time before getting back to the grind. Not until you actually stop and give it all to HIM is when you find peace and freedom or in the workout this morning, the COT and water. Great job men of the gloom!
