BBall court routine: do merkins at baseline, halfcourt, and far court (10, 15, 20) and Bear Crawl between. Do similar with Big Boy situps (15, 20, 25) and crawl bear between.

Run along Harris to Ardrey, up Ardrey to small parking lot
Similar to bball court routine: squats at baseline, halfway point, and far end of parking lot. Count was 10, 15, 20 and lunge walk in between.

Staff Sgt. Benjamin Noah Pennington

Staff Sgt Ben was KIA at Prince Sultan Air Base on March 8, 2026 due to injuries sustained in an attack by Iran in Operation Epic Fury. He was 26 years old, from Glendale, Kentucky. An Eagle Scout who knew from a young age that he would join the army, he enlisted at age 18. Ben grew up in Glendale Christian Church, and recently in January 2026 he had reconnected with Jesus Christ by being baptized. His parents survive him; Tim & Carrie Pennington. Lt. General Sean Gainey said, “He gave the ultimate sacrifice for the country he loved. That makes him nothing less than a hero, and he will always be remembered that way.”

Lightpole to Lightpole:
At each lightpole, the PAX have to name one of the #3-10 cities by population in a state (2024 US Census Estimate). If they don’t get one, then it’s 20 reps. If they do get one, then it’s only 15 reps.

WARMUP: lap around the parking lot, SSH, Moroccan Nightclubs, windmills

THE THANG: Do 1 More
This is a 12 round AMRAP 1 minute each with a 45 second break to do as many as you can. I told the pax to write down their number after each round. I did not tell them if a high number was good or bad or how it would affect the other pax good or bad so that they would push themselves. The rounds were:

Squats
CDDs
Burpees
SSH
Bobby Hurleys
Plank jacks
Big boys
Shoulder Taps
Overhead Claps
Mtn Climbers
LBCs

Then we talked about how much we accomplished, but how much more was till to be done. But that you can do more than you think you can, so add 1 more to each rounds reps for round 2. i.e. 41 Merkins in round 1 meant 42 Merkins in round 2.

By the end, we had completed as a group (13 bootcampers) 9,155 reps in 45 minutes. Feel accomplished, you guys did a ton of work!

THE THANG: mosey to Calhoun parking lot for cocaine bear crawls mosey down to Harris st park. 10 burpees. Mosey up Myers and over to the church to say good morning to sweet baby Jesus. Dora at the church with 100 Big Boys, 200 Merkins, 300 Squats. Run a lap around the church between each partner trade off. Mosey back to COT.

Bobby madness

Warmup: Motivators from 7, run, circle up for: windmills, imperial walkers, Moroccan n/c, low slow squats, peter parkers, some plank stretches.

Thang 1: pull up bars. Each pax does 10 pull ups, while others do LBCs. Then each pax does 10 knees to chest, while others do flutters.

Thang 2: bench work: step ups, dips, butt-touch squats, derkins, calf raises

Thang 3: leg lift DORA. Do collectively 100 leg lifts, partner runs 250 feet and back.

Thang 4: march madness: at b-ball court: start at baseline, do 10 bobby hurleys, go to half court and do 20 bobby hurleys, go to far baseline and do 30 bobby hurleys.
Run a short loop
Thang 5: EMOM: do exercise to the count shown, if done within the minute=get to rest.
30 squats; 20 merkins; 40 mtn climbers; 20 big boys; 10 burpees. Run a short loop.
35 jump squats; 25 dry docks; 20 bobby hurleys; 30 amer hammers; 10 burpees. Run a short loop.
Thang 6: music routine: do a push up at every ‘sexy’…song is “I’m too sexy” (Right Said Fred).
Thang 7: slam ball toss: pax on their six in a tight circle; one with the ball: do a sit up and then toss to another pax; repeat and get to two, three, four sit ups before the toss.
