The thang:
Warm-up lap around WEP
COP- 2 burpees, SSH, imperial walkers, 4 burpees, squat, merkins, 6 burpees, mountain climbers, peter parker, parker peter, 8 burpees
Mosey to playground
Partner up, partner one does 10 pull ups, partner two does 10 dips, partners converge and do peakaboo streets (each partner does 10), repeat 3 sets.
Plank series, LBC, russian twists
Mosey to tree line
Lunge to tree #1, bear crawl to tree #2, lunge to tree #3, crab walk to tree #4, lunge to tree #5
Mosey to upper lot
Plank, peter parker, parker peter, high slow fluter kicks,hello dolly
Partner up, partner 1- lap around the parking lot, partner 2- does 10 burpees
Flapjack and continue for a total of 5 mins

Definitely a good workout this working, rolling off of a week vacation at the beach! Welcome FNG Chino xxx, the first FNG to name himself.
I continue to be the sole pax rocking a weight vest… Just waiting for the trend to catch on….
