Routine 3…..Karaoke 1 Lap, Karaoke (Opposite) 1 Lap, Sprint back to Line.

Mosey to Playground.

Satellites…….1 Lap & 15 Merkins, 1 Lap & 30 Merkins, 1 Lap & 45 Merkins, 1 Lap & 30 Merkins, 1 Lap & 15 Merkins.  Sore Shoulders.
