Burp and Merk – at each swing add a merkin in the middle of the burpee – working our walk all of the way up to 10

Partner leg-toss – 20 each partner

Rinse and repeat with the Burp and Merk

Partner leg-toss – 10 each partner

Crunchy Frog sit-ups

‘The Big Show’ at the amphitheater – run the distance of each level of the amphitheater – stopping to a burpee at each end and then continue moving up the rows until the top. Believe there were 12 total rows

Indian Run back to COT
