Armlock with backs to hill, Backpedal up hill (aka Bernie Sanders I’m told) x5 (it burns…)

Naked Moleskin

This turned out to be a fairly well rounded workout.  I always wing it, so its like cooking a soup with whatever you can pull out of the fridge: you never know how it’s going to turn out till you taste it.  This armlocked workout brought to you by the third ring.  I kinda stumbled over the exact terms but here they are:
1. First Ring: M (wife)
2. Second Ring: Shorties (children)
3. Third Ring: Shield Lock (brothers in arms)
4. Fourth Ring: Blades (younger men)
5. Fifth Ring: Mammon (work)

Prayers go out to Ginsu’s 2.0 that has “minor” surgery today;  (As a parent, I never consider it minor…)  Deacon is headed off to South America, safe travels brother;

Lastly, if you Q, write a backblast.  The Fort is at a 50% completion rate… That’s unacceptable IMHO.  In videogame culture theres a phrase ‘screenshot or it didn’t happen,’ and this applies to workouts too.  Backblast or it didn’t happen.  I look back at the Swamp Rabbit BB on my first workout, and I see my name with the FNG tag.  I have vivid memories swell up when I read the backblast.  If you don’t post a backblast with an FNG, YOU ARE STEALING SOMETHING FROM HIM.
