-Bear crawl (BC) corner
-20 big boy sit-ups
-army crawl the length
-10 merkins
-BC corner
-lunges walk segment
-OHC segment
-10 Ruck getups
-double time segment
-5 man makers and
-OHC to start line
Pick up the six and forward leaning rest position (aka plank) for 2 mins.
