Begin at the playground.
Run the long way to the front of the school.

Once in front of the school, gya (get yo ass) over the five 5ft walls between you and the bus parking lot.

After arriving in the bus lot, circle back to the monkey bars. cross the monkey bars

Head out to the football field.
Cross the football field alternating 10yd bear crawls with 10yd sprints

Double back towards dragons back. Complete three hill sprints.

Head back over to the playground

At the playground complete 5 full body weight dips, traverse the parallel bars, and five more dips.

Take a lap around the playground

Ten muscle ups

Take a lap around the playground

Cross the monkey bars

Take a lap around the playground

PAX had a chance to experience the toll an obstacle course has on your endurance. Interrupting your run with climbing over walls, getting down in the dirt, and having to use your upper body is taxes your system.
