21 PAX showed up for a Cardio Smack Down this morning. Laces Out did their thing and darted to Baxter for “The Loop”. The Laces In Gang was treated to slightly more cardio than normal and explored every inch of WEP.

- 15 C.D.D’s
- Arm Circles – Big and Little.
Mosey to Tree Line by the Parking Lot
- Lunge to Fourth Tree/Run Back
- Side Shuffle
- Karaoke
- Suicides
Rinse and Repeat.
Mosey to the Hill
- Durkin Pyramid. 5, 10, 15, 15, 10, 5 – Sprinting the hill in between each set.
- Plank O’Rama – including “SuperManz” and Parachute.
Mosey to the Playground and Pick a Partner.
- Partner 1 Runs a Lap / Partner 2 does LBC’s then switch.
- Second set is Dips
- Third sets return to LBC’s.
Circle Up – Pick a Number and Pick an Exercise.
