Laces out crew took off for their run through Ft Mill and the Laces in group jogged into the gloom for a bakery beat down.

Repeat had a battle with his alarm Clock and the alarm clock won. So YHC cooked up a beat down on the fly and nothing is better testing the mind and body simultaneously.
