THE THANG: 4 corners, same exercise all 4 corners round 1, round 2 add an exercise, up to 4 rounds, 4 exercises at each corner. Merkins, BBs, Squats, Burpees(ish). Then over to cinderblocks for 10 minutes of picking things up and putting them down.
