Always an honor to Q, here is everything in my notes:

  • DD played the role of our “rabbit” with the absence of our regular Rock Hill rabbits
  • Most got in 6 laps
  • This morning was ridiculous and monotonous = and a lot like life
  • #HIM = High Impact Man
  • #HIM need support when completing difficult tasks (see above) with the enemy always trying to shoot you down (nobody was shooting this morning), remember that F3 is your support group (men started pairing up just to get this mess over with), always be willing to lean in and support when someone needs it
