WARMUP: mosey to main entrance circled up for
wind mill, IW, Hillbilly Walkers, merkins, Mountain Climbers and MNC
THE THANG: 5 light pole work at the main entrance. Treat it like a suicide drill with exercises at each light
1) 10 Merkins
2) 15 Squats
3) 20 CDD
4) 25 Monkey Humpers
5) 30 LBC
Mosey to front of school for 10 Slow Merkins 3 count down, 3 count hold, 3 count up = 1 then mosey to pull up bars. Partnered up since only 2 pull up bars. 1 partner 10 pull-ups other partner in a plank. Rinse and repeat.
Mosey to benches. 3 exercises going 1 and up to 10 of each exercises. 2 rounds
1st round
Dips, Derkins, Big Boys
2nd round
Step ups, sumo squats, heels to Heaven
With 5 minutes left mosey up the hill and stopped halfway for 10 Wide arm merkins and 10 feet at 6inches LBC
Mosey to COT back at 6:00
