Overall the workout was easy but to hear each member of the team pray was awesome, and we are so proud of each of these #HIM, and we know their impact will be felt all over South America as they reflect Jesus in their actions.

Cake Boss took us out in an epic BOM and excellent prayer to cap off an inspirational workout.

• I love F3, but can’t put into words how great this morning was both by our friends going on the trip, but also all the men who showed up to support and encourage them…I have already got several texts of appreciation from the mission team, this morning motivated them and us.
