Lugnut adventure begins with 5 Burpies OYO followed by a mosey to elementary school with some shuffling trots on the way.

Mosey to ROTC building and count off by 2’s.  1’s got a rock and did standing tri extensions while 2’s ran to AO Jones BLVD and back.  Mumble Chatter about length of run/triceps burn while waiting on 2’s.  1’s ran and 2’s exercised.  Rinse and repeat with shortened run to 18 wheeler while other group did Rock Curls.

Mosey to rotc building and count off by 2.  1’s get a rock and do standing tri extensions while 2’s run to A.O Jones.  Mumble chatter about how far of a run it was as triceps were burning waiting on the 2’s to run back.  1’s now run and 2’s do the weight exercise. Rinse and repeat with run to the 18 wheeler with non running group doing rock curls. Switch off to Spitz

Jacob’s Ladder in parking lot between two light poles.  Begin with 7 Burpees at the top and one Bomb Jack at the bottom.  Plank it up when finished.  Mosey to top of the lot for Around the World pushup off the curb/10 Count/Rinse and Repeat.  25 MNC then move to Ab Lab which consisted of: LBC, Protractors, Merkins, Freddy, Hello Dolly, and Superman.  COT
