Quick Moleskin:
This month’s theme is humility. I shared in my opening that the opposite of humility is pride…but what is pride? We say we take pride in our work, in our children’s accomplishments, etc. Pride itself doesn’t seem so bad, but break down the darker side of pride…that’s ego. Ego is what gets you in trouble. Ego is the “I’m better than everyone else at (X)”. That is the opposite of humility, and we all need to focus on staying humble in all we do!
