Sysiphus:
- Find a Hill
- Run 30 seconds up, then jog back down
- Run 60 seconds up, then jog back down
- Run 90 seconds up, then jog back down
- Run 120 seconds up, then jog back down
- Rest for 120 seconds
Repeat till time runs out or you can’t go anymore.
