After our Broga/Yoga/Stretching session Q’d by Bodywash in which I was thoroughly humbled, I took the running portion for a small number of us.
We took off with a R/T down Regent Parkway, R/T Highgate, L/T Norwich, R/T onto the path to the base of the Ravenglass hill.
