Buckets returned

The buckets of pain returned by popular demand and were loved by all. Three corners of the parking lot had a nice selection from which to choose pain. Each bucket had a load of tickets and once a ticket was pulled the pain was announced. The running in between was especially enjoyable as it was reported that we ended up with around 1.5 miles for the morning. Sweet.

We broke into two groups for some nice fellowship opportunities but with all the running Peta and I didn’t get to catch up on much.

Roll around the store

Quick warmup, SSH, windmills, cherry pickers. Short Mozy to Walgreens.
Start with 10 merkins at drive thru, bear crawl or lunge walk to front corner for 20 mt climbers, butt kickers across the front of the store to other corner for 30 squats. Karaoke down the side, switch half way and do 20 imperial walkers at back. Mozy across back of store for 10 SSH’s then back to merkins to rinse and repeat

AKA meets BOP

17 men showed up at The Stockade this morning for AKA Friday. Quick disclaimer and warm-ups consisted of SSHs, Windmills, Imperial Walkers, and Plank Stretches. Mosey around the parking lot for the main event, Board of Pain. Men have laughed, men have cried, but no man has ever completed all exercises within a 45-minute period.
Today, we would tackle the board as a two-man team, split the reps into two rounds. Once the team completed the exercise, we ran a lap. Exercises listed below:

Mosey back to COT. Finished up with about 4 minutes of Mary.
