10 gathered in the gloom to do work, and get better.
It was my honor to lead this group today, with an attempt to deliver the DRP everyone was looking for, and also share a message regarding the need for others to hold each of us accountable. One can not accelerate on his own. It is not always comfortable, but it is important to have people around you that will tell you the hard truth.
Thang:
Mosey around the lot and line up for a series of movements
40 yards of: Active Stretching – Toy Soldiers, Knee to Chest Pulls, Foot to Back Pulls, then Mosey, 75% Run, Mosey, 100% Run, Mosey
Circle up for 25 SSH, 20 Peter Parkers, Plank, and then a LOT of Low Slow Squats while I shared a message and my own struggles.
40 yard bear crawl, 40 yard mosey, and a plank series while each of us bear crawled out ~20 yards and jogged back.
4 corners exercise with 20 Merkins, Squats, LBC’s, and Bomb Jacks as the corners, with bear crawls on the long legs, and lunges on the short legs.
Series of 20 dips, and 20 calf raises 3x (toes straight, toes out, toes in).
Mosey to the other side of the lot for an Ab Lab (LBC’s, Flutter, Freddy’s, Hello Dolly with Moroccan Nightclubs (CRAZY), Russian Twists, LBC’s, Big Boys, and Boats and Canoes).

While we are all thankful for our many blessings, we pray for those impacted by illness, including children and their families, those struggling with relationships and parenting, and those with burdens un-shared.
I am always honored to have the opportunity to lead within this group.
