Wall sit, 2 pop-out burpees from each end to middle

To the big(ish) hill up to the gun shop
1-7 at the bottom – Burpees
7-1 at the top – Squats

To the lot across the street (sorry, it was gravel)
bear crawl from light to light, at each light:
