– Flutter Kicks with Ruck Press
– LBC’s with Ruck
– Up and Over 60lb Sandbag Toss
– Ruck Curls
– Ruck Calf Raises
– Ruck Tricep Pulls
After each full circuit of Stations. 1 lap around the lot. Rinse and Repeat
