Tour de Bushwood

Short mosey run
Warmup: SSH (12xI/C); windmills; Imperial Walkers; Low Slow Sqts; big arm circles; peter parkers; parker petes; plank stretches
–mosey Run–

Thang 1: Fish Tracker: do transportation, then the exercise called.
Toy soldiers walk – called bobby hurley’s
Bear crawl – merkins
Lunge walk – squats
Crab walks-LBC

Thang 2: leg lift loop dora: Partner 1 runs loop, other does leg lifts (we held onto the fence) cumulative to a 100 leg lifts
Thang 3: pass the ammunition: found a concrete weight, all pax curb plank. Pass block down the line, at end all do 3 curb merkins, pass the block back, repeat a few times.

Thang 4: burpee relays: base line is the flags in front of the school.
Run to light pole 1, do 4 burpees, run back to start
Run to pole 2, do 4 burpees, run back to start
Run to pole 3, do 4 burpees, run back to start

Wall sit, pax individually ran out did 4 merkins, ran back

WARMUP:
SSH x 10, IW x 10, Merkins (IC) x 10, Downward Dog, Peter Parker x 10, Upward Dog.

THE THANG:
Stations were set up in a T shape where “Home Base” is at the intersection of the 3 points.

Round 1
15 burpees at “Home Base”
Bear crawl ~ 25yds to station 1 do 15 merkins
Jog back to home base

15 burpees at “Home Base”
Lunge walk ~ 25yds to station 2 and do 10 hang cleans w/ sandbag (5 each arm if using KB’s)
Jog back to home base

15 burpees at “Home Base”
Broad jump ~ 25yds to station 3 and do 10 sit up get ups
Jog back to home base

Round 2
Following the same modes of transportation,
10 burpees at home base
25 merkins at station 1
20 hang cleans at station 2
15 sit up get ups at station 3

Round 3
Following the same modes of transportation,
5 burpees at home base
35 merkins at station 1
30 hang cleans at station 2

Beautiful Bushwood

WARMUP: Yes SSH, Nightclubs, Imperial Walkers, Merks, Squats, Stretching, Mosey, and Seal Jax.
THE THANG: Starting with Crazy 8s that offered up 3 exercises per lap. Merks, Squats, Bigboys. Mosey to hill for some Bear Crawl w Merkin stops at each light pole.
Reps were 2x 4x 6x 8x 10x
Followed up by a round of 7s ( BombJax and Bigboys)
Heading back to some Mary.

Expanding Ladder

Humidity was decent this morning at Bushwood. 2 fellow pax joined with 1 4 legged friend for a expanding ladder.

Ran to the bottom of the hill behind the stadium to begin.

All cones were x 5 reps so at cone 1 it was 5 reps cone 2 10 reps etc….

Come 1 HR Merkins
Come 2 squats
Cone 3 toe touches
Cone 4 Merkins
Cone 5 lunges
Cone 6 LBCS
Cone 7 mnt climbers
Cone 8 dips
Cone 9 Peter Parker
Cone 10 Flutters

We would run to each cone Always going back to 1 to keep climbing the ladder

So 1-2
Then 1-2-3
Then 1-2-3-4
Etc….

The distance between cones kept expanding as we went so all told got almost 2 miles in as well.

Merkins &

WARMUP: 20 SSH, 10 IW, 10HW, 10ish Windmills
THE THANG: Merkins & … 100Yd Suicide, 10 Merkins at each cone 10 yds apart plus each cone has an exercise 10 Burpees, 20LBC, 20 Squats, 20 Fluters, 20 Mt Climbers, 20 Lunges, 20 CDD, Bear Crawl end of field, 20 Plank Jacks and 10 Man Makers. After each cone run to the end, then come back to the next cone up.
Couple rounds of Circle of Hell
Increasing count/time rounds of Calf raises and Wall sits with bear crawls up/down the hill.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Lots of CSAUP, 1776 at Bushwood, Bethel Dinner 7/4. New shirts, F3/State logo out now & new the Fort shirt coming soon.
COT: 2.0 recovering from minor procedure, church family member moved from one hospital to another for more intense medical care.

13 pillars & 4 levels

WARMUP: yea, we did that. seriously, it’s important.

THE THANG: ran towards the levels, but found some pillars. Stopped for 1 burpee at the first pillar, then 2, then 3, etc. There were 13. That’s 91 burpees (if I’d done the math in my head, I would have called 9 more in cadence. Guess the PAX are glad, I didn’t….)

At the levels near the tennis courts

Bottom level – 10 squats
2nd level – 10 jump squats
3rd level – 10 lunges
3.5 level – turn around 10 bulgarian split squats
4 level – head back to the bottom level

We did 4 rounds

On the way back, we stopped for Bomb Jacks at light poles in an additive fashion as well.
