WARMUP: ssh and merkins
THE THANG: 9 different exercises at amor artis pull up bars. Pull up. Merkin. Inverted row. Derkin. Leg raises. Diamond merkin. Chin up. Bar dips. And burpee pull up. Number of reps was decided by the team who finished the exercises first. The reps were either 30, 40, 50, or 60.

Partnered up and had one hundred merkin and one hundred squat buy in at bottom of Monroe white street. Between each exercise was a mosey to academy and back.

Birthday Beatdown

THE THANG:
PAX divided into two groups at bottom of hill
One PAX from each group run to top of hill and back – pick up a partner and carry them to top of hill. Both partners run back down hill and each carries another PAX up the hill. Repeat until all PAX have been carried. LEAVE NO MAN WHERE YOU FOUND HIM.

Mosey to football field for birthday board of pain:

Run the yardage and back to goal line to complete the listed exercise and number of reps:

THE THANG: started running in parking lot moving towards Red Stone theatre, Dosie Dough on left side then right side Dosie Dough. Running for a quarter mile then stopping for Bear Crawling for 100 feet. Running, stop for Mile Tysons, running, used outside patio chairs for
Dips, and step ups 10 each, running to paved hill for Bear crawls and 3 burpees, rinse and repeat 2 times over. Running quarter of a mile to back parking lot of theater, for tire flip, flipping a tire earned Pak 3 burpees, ran back to COT. Started with 12 finished with 12

A little B-ball practice at the American Jackal

WARMUP: 10 Moroccan Nightclubs, 10 Windmills, 10 Strawberry Pickers
THE THANG: Line touches on the b-ball courts while partner practices grabbing rebounds (I.e. jumps) switch positions when partner returns from line touches, line touch burpees, bear crawls to lines with push ups at each line, 2 court – cross court runs with 50 squats on one end and 50 LBCs on the other end and then repeat, 2 court – cross court runs with 50 merkins on one end and 50 dips in the middle on the benches and then repeat, lunges across the 2 courts with 50 LBCs on one end then lunges back across with 50 LBCs on the other end, then a 2 basketball double dribble around the COT with some Mary called out a few times around.

Mosey to back of theatre and gather at bottom of lot
Jacobs ladder or 7’s with all exercise moves occurring at bottom of hill

Take lap….up to 7

Move to parking spaces
7 parking space lines
Start with 1 at first line
2 at second line and continue up to 7

Lazarus was a real man and Jesus was one of best buddies from childhood. He was dead 4 days and Jesus showed up and wanted the people to see how Awesome Sky Q is so he called Lazarus out of the tomb and said “unbound him and let him go”

What do you need resurrection from? What do you need to be unbound from?

Thang 1 – Merkin Jax

1 Merkin – 4 Plank Jacks
2 Merkins – 8 Plank Jacks
We completed 10 Merkins and 40 Plank Jacks

Thang 2 – Jack@$$ Burpee Webb
We found a sturdy wall for the next thang.
1:2 Ratio
1 Burpee – 2 Donkey Kicks
We completed 5 Burpees and 10 Donkey Kicks

Next we took a recovery walk over to the practice field.

Thang 3 – CDD Webb
1:4 Ratio
1 CDD: 4 Air Press
2CDD: 8 Air Press
10 CDD and 40 Air Press completed

Thang 4
Bear crawl 5 yards then do 1 merkin, 1 plank jack, and shoulder taps (Right + Left equal 1)
Repeat every 5 yards increasing the reps by 1 each time. I think worked our way up to 5 or 6 reps.

Thang 5 – Lunge Worm
Lunge Walk 4 steps then inch worm forward then do two Merkins at the bottom before inching back up. We repeated this until we got back to where we started thang 4.

Went back to COT for a little Mary
