Had four F3 members from the Waxhaw region. Mad Dog, Hot Yoga, Bottle Cap, and C3P0

<@U01FDRQSQG3> kept <@U063F72E8M9> on the move with his extremely fast pace!

<@U07E0KTT4BV> and <@U07BZNU2HDH> stepped up with the tire :wheel: push followed by a Merkin. Strong work fellas

Beautiful Morning Beatdown

WARMUP:
Rolling in late, had stepped up to start the beat down while I got out of the car. I gave a quick disclaimer and continued with a warm up of IW, SSH, LSS, runner’s stretch, merkins, MC.

Mosey around the campus. Every few hundred yards, circle up to hold a plank for the 6, then five merkins. Then continue. After about 5 minutes of moseying and merkins, an unnamed PAX asked whether there was a weinke for this workout to which I ~threatened~ answered, be careful what you wish for. We moseyed some more and after the second lap, we went to the railings at the back of the theater for supine rows x15 oyo. Mosey to more railings and more supine rows for a total of three sets & mosey back to COT to unload some kettlebells from my car

THE THANG
Partner up and each pair grab one of four kettlebells: 20LBs, 25LB, 35LB, 50LBs. With partner & bell slow mosey to the ~bottom of the hill~ adjacent parking lot. The bells are arranged from lightest to heaviest. Partner one does exercise with the kettlebell and partner two runs to the opposite side of lot, does and exercise and return, and switch. After each set, all pairs rotate up to the next bell, except the PAX who were on the 50LB, they get some relief by going to the start. We did this until all PAX got in reps with all the bells before starting a new round of exercises which were:
P1: KB swings, P2: 3 burpees
P1: one arm row, P2: 3 merkins
P1: thrusters, P2: 3 lunges 2is1
P1: Romanian DL, P2: 3 flutter 2is1

Riffle carry the bells back to COT, swapping with your partner or another PAX as needed.

It’s always an honor to lead in the Fort and always fun to challenge myself as I hope I challenged the PAX. Good work to everyone and let’s hope I didn’t scare away the FNG

Burbee Broad Jumps & More

Warm-o-rama: SSH, Grandpa Jacks, Windmils and another exercise I can’t remember.

We moseyed over to the parking lot and got to work.

Moseyed back to the flag for a Bring Sally up push up challenge. We had a few minutes for a little Mary.

Angel is a Centerfold

WARMUP: mosey for a bit throughout the vast parking lot, then we did a warmup in front of the theatre. All the usuals plus some plank/core work
THE THANG: a Dora with 100 dirkins, 100 LBC, 150 step ups, partner 2 runs to farthest light pole and back, we then did a parking lot routine involving 2 alternating exercises at light poles as we traverse the lot, finally we did a nasty Jack Webb with big boys, American hammers and always 2 merkins. Almost finished then ran back to COT to finish up
MARY: finished up Jack Webb, got to 10 big boys and 40 hammers

The Thangs: Set cones up at 10 yards apart for 100 yards. We did 1 merkin and 10 burpees at the 10 yard line and sprinted to the 100 yard line. Worked our way to 10 merkins and 1 burpees 1st and Ten Did Elevens with burpees and merkins with sprints. Finished that and did 4 corners with 7 burpees, 14 squats, 21 flutters and 28 big boys. Repeated 2.5 times.

Looongest shuttle run ever

WARMUP: yes, we did some after a quick mosey
THE THANG: ran suicides across the ENTIRE parking lot, over 1 mile

Ran over to cindies and lined up in a straight line where we did 25 reps of a particular exercise then ran across to halfway point of parking lot and back. We got through 9 or 10 sets
