Laying Logs and Yanking Yogi

WARMUP: Ruck if you got it
THE THANG: Grab a log- Walk around school
3 sets- One team carries the log and the other does an exercise
Sets- Curls, Ruck Swing and Squats
Take log back
Catch me if you can with one pax doing 3 burpees then chasing down his partner doing farmers carry.
Head to soccer field. 50 yard Yogi Pull
50 yard overhead carry.
Back to COT

Fun at WEP

Mosey over to lot behind WEP amphitheater. EMOM run a lap around parking lot and do 15 SSHs. Whatever time you have left in the 60 seconds, try to get your heartrate back down. Repeat for 10 minutes.

Move over to in front of amphitheater for main thing. Exercises on the left were 10 merkins and 10 LBCs. Exercises on the right were 10 squats and 10 plank jacks. Every time you pass center 10 SSHs. Break into 2 groups. Group 1 runs out 4 swinging benches to the left, does Exercises, then runs back stopping at middle then 1 bench on right. 3 left, 2 right. 2 left, 3 right. 1 left, 4 right. Stopping at middle every time. Group 2 does same thing but starts with 4 right, 1 left….fun was had by all. Mosey back to COT. Fast guys finished with a few abs. Thx for the opportunity <@U686LEPLH>

WARMUP: Throw a bag on our shoulders an ruck behind the school. Get to other side: 20 SSH, 15 WM, 15 Cherry Pickers
THE THANG: Partner up: 1. Curls with sand bag/Farmers Carry both rucks 2. Squat/Overhead carry 3. Lunge/Front Carry 4. Upright row/Bag Throw while wearing ruck.
Load up sand bags and head to middle of soccer field:
BC with pull (50 yards), Suitcase carry to middle, BC with pull through again (50 yards).
Mosey to sand bag and take back to shovel flag.
Do a round of catch me if you can with 5 merkins and suitcase carry.

MARY: We almost made it a minute.

National Chipmunk Day

It was a beautiful day over at The Forge, you could feel the electricity in the air! It reminded me of The Electric City, shout out to The University of Scranton. Quick warmup and we were off!

Over to the creepy dim lit side walk behind the overgrown bushes for some wall work. Perfect spot if you want to scare people. We did some overhead claps and derkins to warm the PAX up.

Next stop was the benches for some step ups, dips, and incline merkins.

Now for the final destination we celebrated 2/20 – I heard something about national chipmunk day so we ran with it.

We did a latter workout with Indian runs. Two laps for 2 – 20 reps for 20….Get it….2/20. :grinning:

20 CDDs

We ran two laps between each set.

Back to COT for Mary, prayers and praises.

WARMUP: SSHs and windmills. Then partner up and catch me if you can around loop. P1 does 5 hand release merkins, p2 farmer carries both rucks. P1 runs to catch P2 and switch. On and on around loop.
THE THANG: Buy in: 50 squats and 50 swings, break up as you want.
Main event: 4 rounds of the following:
20 flutters w/press
15 merkins w/ruck
10 ruck OH squats
5 man-makers
Lap (alternated between run and ruck)
Cash out: 50 single leg V-ups and 50 high pulls, break up as you want.
Recover and head back to COT.

– Cross street turn right, head to Towne Tavern parking lot
– Continue to Enterprise Rent-a-Car

– Continue to CVS
– Left just before Burger King – continue to Holiday Inn Express
– Turn left – head to Forest Hill/Armory
– Head back the way we came
– Stops or no stops depending on time
