Hum Vee

Cable guy ran (3.2miles) and we rucked 2.5 miles. We were all coveting Cable guy’s Military grade Hum Vee.

Spring Breaking

WARMUP: 10 burpees, SSH, 10 burpees
THE THANG: Run some stair laps repeatedly around the building with Corkscrew, partner style with 1 partner doing exercises and the other running. Ran to bottom of road below LPL, then worked our way up the hill with bear crawls, lunges, reverse bear crawls and other fun, sprinted home. Finished off with 11s comprised of Knee-Tar-Ndyaes and Big Boys.

COT: great to have Cable Guy back out along with Pirate and the Cyclops shield lock crew enjoying extra sleep and a post during spring break.

2nd of 2 Qs on the day for YHC. Grateful to have Cyclops and Old Bay along for both!

Dawn Patrol

A few proud gents doubled down during AKA and took advantage of the run/ruck option. Battle Bot was especially excited to be back at his first weekday AO in about a month by having us enjoy his 60 lb coupon.

Praises for Double D’s Jane and her marriage to Tarzan. Prayers for Spitz on the loss of his mother. :pray:

Halloween Fears

Kept ’em moving.
Used a pretty standard warm up:

Merkins – slooooow cadence
Some yoga

Stopped for pull-ups (Print Shop)
Stopped for wall pull-ups (Springs office building)

Did some unaided pigeon lunges

Made it to the WEP hill for 7s
Burpees and Bombjacks
Reverse bear crawl up the hill
Reverse lunge down the hill

This was hard. Dark Helmet bat flipped

Stopped for Bulgarian Split Squats (Pike Electric)

NMM:
Asked guys during the workout what their biggest fears were. Among the answers were: not leaving a legacy for our family, recurrence of disease, mental health issues in our kids.

Love being in a space where we can work on being high impact men and share what is authentically on our hearts

February fun w/VQ and bear crawls

WARMUP:
THE THANG: 11s merkins, big boy sits. wall sits while partner does 10 of any excercise Line up along the fence line of field #1
Round 1: Bear crawl to end of field. Stop at light posts for 5, 10, and 15 merkins, run back to the start.
Round 2: Lunge walk to the end of the field: 5, 10, 15 squats, run back.
Round 3: Crabwalk to the end of the field: 5, 10, 15 dips, run back.
Round 4: Run to the end of the field: 5, 10, 15 burpees, run back.

Mosey to the playground, split up into the 3 groups
Group 1: 10 pullups
Group 2: Reverse step ups until group doing pullups are finished. Flapjack with group 3
Group 3: Freddie Mercury’s until group doing pullups are finished. Flapjack with group 1
Rinse and repeat two more times, with group 2 changing to big boy sit ups and hello dolly
Mosey back to field #1 for mini-Mary:

LBC’s x 20
End with the Body Destroyer.
