Tailgate Workout

WARMUP: Without ruck, jogged a lap around the parking lot
THE THANG:
Round 1
With ruck on, one PAX did 10 over-the-shoulder 60# sandbag tosses while everyone did LSS with ruck on, High Pulls, OHP, Merkins, Lunges, Swings, Plank Jacks, Ruck Overhead Hold, Deadlifts, Bent over Rows RH , Bent over Rows LH, Ruck Skull Crusher, Mnt Climbers, Plank Hold and run a lap around the parking lot.

Round 2
With ruck on, one PAX did 10 Bobby Hurleys with 35# sandbag while everyone did LSS with ruck on, High Pulls, OHP, Merkins, Lunges, Swings, Plank Jacks, Ruck Overhead Hold, Deadlifts, Bent over Rows RH , Bent over Rows LH, Ruck Skull Crusher, Mnt Climbers, Plank Hold and run a lap around the parking lot.

Round 3
5 Pullupa while everyone did LSS with ruck on, High Pulls, OHP, Merkins, Lunges, Swings, Plank Jacks, Ruck Overhead Hold, Deadlifts, Bent over Rows RH , Bent over Rows LH, Ruck Skull Crusher, Mnt Climbers, Plank Hold and run a lap around the parking lot.

Round 4

WARMUP: mosey to Grace presby with various exercises including burpees sprinkled in to honor the site q
THE THANG: 7 rounds of 7 and 23’s – burpees and LBC’s or squats depending on proximity to the dumpster. After comments and chatter about oderiferous emanations we moseyed to the office park for 5 rounds of 10-10-10-5: squats, flutters, hand release merkins and burpees.

Mosey at 0557 to COT for a 0600 arrival

COT: On this birthday of our country we added FNG Tang to our pax, EH’d by Mark Twain. Welcome brother! We sweat like crazy in the Gloom and let the familiar soreness settle in as the fireworks lit up the sky to honor our forefathers and our fellow Americans. Grateful to have been born in the USA and to share this life with my F3 brothers. May we stay United and foster Unity with those we meet each time we leave COT and enter the world around us. The Saints Go Marching 2×2, Hurrah-Hurrah

WARMUP: NADA !!!
THE THANG: These saints went 2×2 as they marched up through the Kingsley Trail and back around the Soul-to-Sole kingdom. No Sasquatch sighting this time, but we did manage to try out some curls, incline merkins, dips, triceps, over the head ruck carry, low-squats, and finished things off with some Stair-Master segments. Back to COT for some Koality Time with my brothers.

Three Amigos at Currahee

WARMUP: lap around the parking lot.
THE THANG: 7s – 1 merkin, bear crawl to far sideway, 6 dips, crabwalk back. Repeat, add one merkin, subtract one dip.
Lap around car loop
Pillars – alternate between squats and curls, 10 each
Lap around car loop
Ruck carry above head the length on parking lot, repeat x 3
Ruck to back of school, down stairs, loop back to Memorial Gardens and return to COT.

Let’s Show ‘Em Who’s The BOSSmen

WARMUP: The 3 mile prerun if you were present

THE THANG:
With the BOSSmen on Q, we jumped right into it with 10min/BOSSman
Beaker:
Headed over to pull-up bars for a Jack-web DORA
Partner up, one partner starts the Jack Web of 1 pull-up to 4 merkins (next 2:8, 3:12, etc.) while other partner runs down to the bottom of the hill and back. Picks up Jack Web, while other partner runs. Keep flap jacking while going up the web until time was up.

Olaf:
Starting from the pull up bars, bear crawl to the stop sign heading towards the school. Followed by high skips to another sign, back to bear crawls, to a moving Hill Billy Walker, followed by moving Imperial Walker. Then Toy Soldiers back to bear crawls. Ending in a circle of planktitude (planking while giving thanks goin around the circle).

Spectre:
10 min AMRAP
10 squats, 8 alternating lunges (4 each leg), 6 burpees.
This was the crowd favorite.

Sasquatch:
Wrapped us up with 10 min of some good ole Broga! #RPG

From Tega Cay Elementary to the head trail, heart attack hill, loop around back past the school and down the hill toward Walmart and back to COT
