THE THANG: do an exercise for points from the board, then run a lap around parking lot. Rinse and repeat for max points. See picture of board. We got about 3 miles total of running in.

Cards at WEP

WARMUP: Stretchy things
THE THANG: Lap around park stopping at swings alternating between 20 merkins and 20 squats. Mosey over to lot in front of old springs building. 17 bombjacks, 17 plankjacks,and 17 v-ups. Take a lap. Repeat with 15s then again with 13s. One additional round of 17 dips, 17 calf raises, and 17 flutters them mosey back to amphitheater. Simple in between card game. Start with a pot of exercises (laps, burpees, merkins, squats, lbcs). Flip 2 cards and PAX wager if next card is between the values. If next card is inbetween, then group does wagered exercises and pot is reduced. If card is outside, group does wager but pot grows. Intention was to do everything left in the pot when cards were done but I overestimated both number of reps and basic card math of PAX. I’ll try this again but I learned I need to make some adjustments.

#MILGA

Well well well, everyone wants to #expandeast. So hows that going? JK, I dont care. Birdcage is here to solve your expansion problems and Im bringing an Indian Land attitude with it. Im calling on all the greats to re-join me and make our side of town the pride of F3 it once was. Mothership, pssssh….. Minnow Pond, light work. People used to shutter at the thought of posting at an Indian Land workout. Think you can handle it? Or do you have a moderate workout to attend somewhere?

Im going to revamp Bushwood starting Wednesday 8/27. Your going to be there for the launch. Think youve seen everything there is at F3, Ill prove you wrong. New challanges, new ideas, and a new attitude.

Beat the deck: 9 cards face up and the pax go around guessing higher and lower on any of the cards. You get it right and you do the workout associated. You get it wrong and you do the workout associated and do a lap of different MOT.

WARMUP: Skip handles the warmup w a mosey and SSH, merkens, wind mills and stretching.
THE THANG: Skip took the 1st 30. Ran to Massey hill and conducted partner workout with burpees, squats, lunges and merkens. Mosey 100 yards between reps. I took next 30’w a mosey back to WEP parking lot. 100 counts of chest press, squats, curls, and swings. This was a DORA so the partner farmer carried up hill between sets.

Arms & Legs So Bad It Still Hurts

<@UST30T7FF> and <@U01JUGK82TY> were Co-Q’s for the day. We decided to split it up by muscle groups. Ruby started first with arms and then Splinter took over with legs.
WARMUP: Warmup-y things.
THE THANG: Ruby’s 1/2:
Mosey to the playground for a all arms DORA. MOT is bear crawl 20 yards out and crawl bear 20 yards back to the playground, Exercises & Reps: At the swing set put your feet in the swing to get into a position to perform derkins, bring your knees to your chest while in plank position and then extend, then complete 1 derkin, that is 1 rep, partners complete 50reps, then 75 reps of a Merkin/ParkerPeter combo exercise, and then 100 reps of a WideArmMerkin/ShoulderTaps combo exercise. ARMS WERE BE SMOKED!!!
Splinter’s 1/2:
Indian Run 1 lap around WEP. Unfortunatly, becase Ruby killed us in the 1st half, we lost 60% of the PAX on the lap. Then we regrouped for some step-ups on the park benches, some calf raises then ran over to the hill. We lined up and raced up the hill not knowing what was going to be required of the winner and losers. Since there were 10 of us (to start) 1st Place did 1 more run up the hill and 100 squats, 2nd place 2 more runs up the hill and 90 squats, and so on. Second go round was 1st Place, 1 run up the hill and 100 lunges, 2nd place 2 more runs up the hill and 90 lunges and so on.
<@U035XDY7ABC> started talking to a guy at the top of the hill. He ended up EH’ing him on the spot to finish the last set and Mary. Welcome The Apostle.
