Every minute a timer would go off and we’d run from one side of the “track” to the other. We would then do two burpees and resume the exercises.
Group 4 only had 3-4 minutes left so we did 10 Burpees OYO then Captain Thor until 5:55.

Each sheet ~50 yards apart. Do the top exercise on sheet 1, run to sheet 2 for first exercise, then run back to sheet 1 and do 2nd exercise…and so on. Furthest we got was 50 shoulder presses and 50 squats. And we had awesome music courtesy of Detroit.

IronPax Pep- The Wheel of Misfortune

THE THANG: The Wheel of Misfortune
In a throwback IronPax workout from 2020, we did the Wheel of Misfortune. 43 minutes of AMRAP.
Start with a 400 meter run
Pick up your block, do 10 Thrusters
Rifle carry the block 25 yds. to the 1st of 6 stations. They included: Decline Merkins, Blockees/Man Makers, Squats with the block on your back, Kettle Bell Swings, Chest Press and Cross Arm Block Raises.
In between each station, Rifle carry back to the light pole and do 10 Thrusters.
Each round consisted of 210 reps.
Most completed 2 rounds. Some more, some less.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Sign-up for IronPax, Ft. Mill Care Center still needs items. Get ready for Tour de Fort for the 10 year.
COT: Prayers for kids/teachers/parents as school starts back. Prayers for @Slapshot as he visits PA and his 102 yr old grandmother.

We ended with a discussion of community and building your brothers. IronPax is a great way to make new brothers by doing something hard together. An awesome group of 30+ men came out to “Club 813”…celebrating the birthdays of Harry Carry, Fogerty, and Grassy Knoll!
HarryCarry started with a short mosey run.
Warmup:

Fish tracks routine:
Pax do the transportation and stop when instructed and do the exercise called.

Crab walk…stop and do pickle pointers (no repeat)

Hand off to Grassy Knoll:

Jack Webb routine: One big boy sit up and four American Hammers, went to 11 bigboys to hit Grassy’s 44 years of age.

Hand off to Fogerty:
Elevens routine: 10 merkins at top of the hill, one bomb jack at the bottom, and proceed from there.

Citadel Cendoff

WARMUP: Jackalope soon to be off to Citadel got good practice leading the PAX in COP. Chip off of Bojangles block.

THE THANG:
Mostly Merkins squats and LBCs today. Got in 2.5 with some Dora and hill work.

COT: Prayers for our kids and teachers going back to school. And for 2.0 mental health. We also prayed for and blessed StateFarm and Jackalope as well their fathers (and mothers) for strong leadership and embarking not only college but at Citadel. Aye!

dead end of suck

mumblechatter was pretty solid throughout but not much from YHC… was feeling rough this week after a late night concert Sunday- the early mornings this week just never came together.

Thankful to get the nod to Q here though as I have only been to a couple workouts over on this side of town.

WARMUP: Mosey past Teeter and Express Oil to Old Farm Dr. circle up and perform following IC: SSH, WM, MNC, Plank/honeymooner/down dog, Mtn. Climbers

THE THANG: 5 station ladder style Pyramid along Old Farm Dr.

went up the ladder and back down for totals of:

THE THANG:

With ruck on, 5 rounds:
20 high knees
10 Squats
10 Lunges
20 calf raises
10 Merkins
10 Mtn climbers

We had 15 minutes to spare so we did 2 more laps around and 5 minutes of broga led by @cobrakai.

Run/shuffle/ruck one lap after each circuit. Everyone except @slapshot rucked the miles, he run them and completed 8 rounds I think.

Great turn out for Chupacabra and Stockade.

2:00 Minute Drill

Warmup: 50 SSH IC

Mosey up “the hill” all the way to Harris Street stopping roughly .2 miles for 12 Merkins IC
Run down Harris to a Church Parking Lot for another 12 IC Merkins
Took a Right down a street towards WEP. Stopped in Pike Parking Lot for 12 More Merkins IC
Stopped at the corner by 160 for 12 More Merkins IC
Circled back to the Parking Lot by the band stand for 12 More Merkins IC

At the Parking Lot we did a 2 minute Drill. Every 2 minutes a timer would go off and we would have to run up to the smaller parking lot by the road. Throughout the routine the PAX
would execute : 40 Burpees, 80 Squats, 120 4-CT Flutters. (the flutters were a real crowd pleaser)

Finished up there at around 5:48 which meant a nice mosey back towards COT stopping along the way to do 10 HR Merkins at each stop sign. We did 10 more at COT to get us to 150 Merkins for the day

Once we got back to COT we had time for a short AB filled Tabata 45 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Exercises were:
LBCS
Hello Dolly’s
Hammers
Big Boy Sit-ups
Plank
Burpees.

Took us right to 6:00
