Rabbit:
Divide into two teams

Every man runs 25m and nurs 25 back and the completes 2 squat jumps and 2 burpees.
WWR but add 2 reps to each exercise after each trip out and back. Team with the most reps in total wins.

In addition, each team selects 2 pax to hold Cindy’s above head … Cindy can't drop below the head… if they do the team loses their count and starts over at zero

15 minutes of work.

After time expires, Hold AlGore and plank while the preacher preaches about asking for help and looking for a brother that might need it. (Let's do this for each other men!)

Last 4 minutes jail break 50m and do 5 Big Boys… again but do 10… keep adding 5 and sprinting until time expired.

Stage Coach:
Partner work
Partner 1 will run to the other side of the field and back to partner 2. Partner 2 will be doing an exercise that slowly progresses across the field until Partner 1 returns and switch. Continue switching off between running and exercises until you’re across the field.
Exercises – Bear Crawl, lunge, broad jump burpee, crawl bear and reverse lunge

Results:
Stage Coach won two categories, but Rabbit also won two and had the most overall votes. Win goes to Rabbit.

Great work by both Qs sharpening their leadership today.

This year the competing Qs will split 20 minutes each. Voting will be done by the PAX in attendance in four categories based on the Q-Source V.A.P.E. concept.

Vision – creativity and clarity of your idea
Articulation – how well do you communicate this vision to the PAX
Persuasion – do you do anything to help the men move towards accomplishing the tasks set before them
Exhortation – how strongly do you encourage the men to see your workout vision through

Format
  • Traditional Bootcamp (use of gear as allowed by the site)
  • 0515-0600: 20/20 format with 5 min transition time
  • Away Q will go first/Home Q will close
Q-Source afterwards

Cyclops is hosting Q-Source post-beatdown at roughly 0615. Coffeeteria on site. Bring a mug and a chair. Make plans to stay if you’re able. The discussions are richer when you’re a part of them

3 Leg Stool

WARMUP: I led us off in warmup of WM, CP, IW, HW, Up/Down dog, worlds greatest stretch and some merkins
THE THANG: mosey to bus loop for a set of 7’s, Squats at bottom of hill, dips at the top bear crawl/crawl bear between.
Tomb Raider led us to the far lot for some core work/circle of hell. One man runs, two do an exercise called. Lastly Float led us to the Kids lot, did increasing Merkins at every island, headed back to COT, first did similar ladder but with more squats

Blown away at Cock Pit

WARMUP: SSH, WM, Down/up dog
THE THANG: mosey to student parking, 5 rounds of 4 corners, 10 merkins, 15 dips, 20 heels to heaven 25 calf raises. Mosey to grass behind the wall and flip the tires we found to the wall, held wall for awhile then flip tires back. Mosey to bottom of hill, each light up 5 squats, and 5 wide/diamond merkins to the stop sign

Red Herring Barcetta

WARMUP: Yes. Even did some merkins with our feet elevated as part of it. Guys were not happy.
THE THANG: Ran over to the old America Jackal grounds. Did some string of pearls around the school including: Bulgarian Split Squats, Toy Soliders, Bear Crawls, Rugby Sprints, a moment of 4 corners (merkins, squats, lunges, burpees).
