Light pole Accumulator

It was a pleasant morning with a slight breeze.
WARMUP: run to 4 corners of the track at WEP. At each corner in cadence : 20 SSH, 10 cherry pickers 10 squats
THE THANG: We were supposed to do drill bits but the construction at WEP prevented so we went to the light poles to complete. At each lightpole do exercise, run back to home and make your way up again stopping at each light pole. When we finished, we flapjacked.

Home: 10 bombjacks
1st: 20 merkins
2nd: 30 American Hammers
3rd: 40 squats
4th: 50 flutters
5th 60 calf raises.

Buckets and stairs and some rain

WARMUP: We hit a few windmills, IW’s, MNC’s, etc.

THE THANG: The buckets returned. This time there were two. It was pick some misery out of a bucket day. Stairs were involved. Random selections of pain were pulled from two buckets stationed far apart with some stairs in the way. All enjoyed.

We all eventually showed up

WARMUP: YHC arrived early to get the lay of the land. With construction on going at WEP, and unsure exactly where the DR site Q planted the flag, YHC wanted to make sure we got started smoothly.

YHC had the pleasure of meeting a few PAX for the first time, gave the disclaimer and started our warmup, with still a few more PAX coming in on 2 wheels!

We moseyed around the parking lot. Performed SSH, LSS, Imperial Walkers, Moroccan Night Clubs and Yoga for our warmup.

THE THANG:
Exercises at bottom of hill. Burpees at top of hill, increasing reps with each trip up the hill.
Exercises at bottom of hill were:
– 10 Bomb Jax
– 20 Diamond Merkins
– 30 Wide Arm Merkins
– 40 Squats
– 50 LBCs
– 40 Lunges
– 30 American Hammers
– 20 Merkins
– 10 CDDs

We made all the way through the list, to 9 burpees at top of hill, and then decided to go back up the list and decrease burpees at the top.

Minuteman was the King this morning, making it back to the round of Squats I believe?

THE THANG: Run to the parking lot behind the police station. Dora – 100 merkins, 150 imperial walkers, 200 squats. Run back to the top of the hill at the parking lot. Personal Dora (each person had to complete the number required) – 25 merkins, 50 imperial walkers, 75 squats. Go back to the stage for Mary and stretching
