THE THANG:
Island Adventure #1 (~15 parking spaces):
Half Wilt Chamberlains
Line up at island, do 50 LBCs
Run to the next island (100 feet away) and do 50 squats
Return to the first island, do 50 flutters (count one leg)
Lunge walk to next island

Island Adventure #2 (~10 parking spaces):
25 Overhead Claps
Cocaine Bear Crawl to other island
25 Shoulder Presses
Cocaine Crawl Bear or CBC or standard bear crawl or lunge back to start

Island Adventure #3:
Railroad Tracks to middle of parking lot
Spacing = 2 parking spaces
Hurdling optional; low planking required

Repeat Half Wilt Chamberlain

Railroad Tracks to end of parking lot

Fibonacci HIIT stations on the way back to flag

Side Straddle Hops, Squats, Merkins, Up Dog, Down Dog, Walk the Dogs

THE THANG:
Mosey to the buildings for a Board of Pain
One PAX runs a lap up and down stairs while other PAX does the exercise, then switch so all are done by all:

1. Donkey Kicks
2. Big Boys
3. Bomb Jacks
4. Merkins
5. LBCs
6. Jump Squats
7. Shoulder Taps
8. Apolo Ohno
9. Calf Raises
10. Lunges (Forward & Back, Alternate Legs)

Mosey to Pond for Block Party
1 Tricep Curl with block at one end, 5 Merkins on block in middle (on way out and back) , 2 Bicep Curls at other end
2/4 and so on up until 10/20 for last rep

THE THANG: Classic bootcamp without running, merkins, or burpees. 6 flights with 5 themed exercises each of MMA, Cardio Broga, Plyometrics, Lower Body Burn, and DirtDog ( got wet and dirty in the grass.) Mix of single count and cadence.

Pick your favorite mode of transport down and back. We had lunges, burpee broads, and bear crawls represented.

America’s Top 40 shoulder presses (extra points if you counted down)

Rinse and repeat the HIIT, the shuffles, the side lot and the shoulder presses

Mosey to small lot between McKimmon and Audrey, and play the HIIT one last time
