It was a beautiful morning as we explored the land holding.

Ran down to the church for some stairs work.
Back down the street for a Dora.
Over to the playground for some swing work.
Back to COT for prayers and praises.

What a way to start my 50th birthday.
Short mosey run
Warmup: SSH (12xI/C); windmills; Imperial Walkers; Low Slow Sqts; big arm circles; peter parkers; parker petes; plank stretches
–mosey Run to awesome parking lot across from First Baptist Ft Mill– Thang 1: Burpee relays, Start at baseline.
Run to cone 1, do 5 burpees, run back to start
Run to cone 2, do 5 burpees, run back to start
Run to cone 3, do 5 burpees, run back to start
–mosey Run to Ft Mill Church of God–
Thang 2: leg lift loop dora: Partner 1 runs loop, other does leg lifts (we held onto the fence) cumulative to a 125 leg lifts
–mosey run back to nice parking lot
Thang 3: Mtn climber relays: Start at baseline.
Run to cone 1, do 15 mtn climbers, run back to start
Run to cone 2, do 15 mtn climbers, run back to start
Run to cone 3, do 15 mtn climbers, run back to start
–mosey run to the Print Shop—
Thang 4: Pull up dora (there was a lot of pax)
Partner 1 does pullups while partner 2 runs to front of Print Shop and back
Continue to 75 cumulative…later reduced to 50

Rabbit and Turtle Training

8 men showed up at the park. Promise made, no roaming is the wet field. Warm-ups: SSHs, Imperial Walkers, Windmills, Plank, PP, Merkins,PP, more merkins.
Next, stroll around the park. Partner 1 farmer carried sandbags, while Partner 2 ran to swing and back. Flapjack.
Finished at the amphitheatre. Next, wall sit, 1 – 4 Merkin – Arm raise combo, finished 10 -40.
Stroll around the park again, this time, one sandbag, alternate between shoulder carry and front carry. Finished at the amphitheatre.
Two additional sandbag carries around the amphitheatre, first partner one bear crawl while other partner bag carry. Second partner one lunge walk while other partner bag carry.
We finished with a cool down lap around the parking lot.
I was ready for a nap afterwards.

Webb-o-Rama Around Downtown

Mosey to a nearby parking lot:
WARMUP:
– SSH

Mosey to the park across from Little Caesars .
THE THANG:
4 cones set up along path heading from Millstone Park toward Main Street. On each cone were 2 exercises to be done in Jack Webb style (1:4 ratio)
Cone 1- 1 Burpee : 4 SSH
– >> Bear crawl to next station
Cone 2 – 1 Big boy sit up : 4 American Hammers
– partner wheelbarrow to next station
Cone 3 – 1 Knee tar N’Diaye : 4 Squats
– partner wheelbarrow to next station
Cone 4 – Traditional Jack Webb –
– >> Run down to Main Street then around to first station
Instead of doing all 10 reps at once, we broke it up into 3 rounds.
Round 1: 1-5
Round 2: 6-8
Round 3: 10 (skipped 9 since we ran out of time).

This morning I brought a little double trouble to The Hive. Each exercise perform 15x first round and 20x the second with a run half way and at the reset.

It was a great sweat fest and I was feeling the humidity.

Down to the playground track for an Indian Run. We did 5 laps with burpees.

Next, Jack Webb with merkins and big boys.

Five more laps of Indian Run with burpees.

Another Jack Webb of squats and monkey humpers.

Back to COT for prayers and praises.

Thang 1: Fish Tracker: do transportation, then the exercise called.
Toy soldiers walk – called bobby hurley’s
Bear crawl – merkins
Lunge walk – squats

Wall sits, run out and do 4 merkins
Wall muscle ups
Balls to the wall

Thang 3: Apollo Elevens: start w/ 1 Bobby Hurley at the top, run down and do 10 merkins. Etc.
–Run down path to Harris street park
Thang 4: BBall court relays: run to half court, do exercise, run back to baseline, then run full court and do exercise, run back. We did: burpees (5 oyo); then mountain climbers (15 oyo).
Thang 5: Gazebo work:
Step ups, incline merkins, dips, squats, decline merkins, calf raises. We used the gazebo’s rafters to do five pull ups.

WARMUP: YHC was 2 min late prepping for the workout. Bandcamp lead us in SSH and Swings, Imperial Walkers.

We went through groups 1-3 once, back to Group 1, did 2 from Group 2, then ran it in to COT.
