Seven men posted at Colosseum. Began with disclaimer and a run up to the bank (1/2 mile distance).
Warmup:

Big Arm Circles (7 forward, 7 backwards)

Run back to school.
Thang 1 (at the bus loop on backside of school):
Prison Yard Burpees: using the four-square ball outlines, start at one corner and do 8 burpees. Bear crawl to next corner and do 7 burpees, progress down to 1 burpee and use bear crawl as mode of transportation between the four corners. Total is 36 burpees.
Run a loop.
Thang 2 (at the benches):

Step ups
Incline Merks

Calf raises

Short run.
Thang 3 (at the short wall):
Starting line is about 50’from the wall, run to wall, climb over it, turn around, climb it again, run back to start line. Repeat for a total of 3 iterations.

Thang 4: Wall sits; pax do ten counts, then did 1 inch lower and pax all did 5 counts.

Burpee Fest

THE THANG: Mosey to hill behind ROTC Bldg: #1: 8’s: Bombjacks @ the bottom of the hill and Merkins @ the top.
#2: 17 Burpees OYO – then 1 lap around the parking lot. Followed with 10 burpees each lap. rinse and repeat.

Round 1 – suit case carry (5 reps each corner)

Merkin extravaganza

WARMUP: mosey to the asphalt football field, Moroccan night clubs, cherry pickers, low slow squats, low slow merkins
THE THANG: start with 2 squats, 2 merkins, 2 big boy sit-ups at the end line,
mosey 10 yards, increase to 4 count of each,
mosey to 20 yard line, do 6 reps of each…
30 YL-8 reps,
40YL-10 reps,
50YL-12 reps, start decreasing by 2 reps…
40 YL-10 reps,
30 YL-8 reps,
20YL-6reps,
10YL-4 reps, end line -2 reps; take a lap…
rinse and repeat, with different exercises this time, side straddle hops, wide arm merkins, LBC’s… these two evolutions where meant to follow natural movements, stand up, down on your chest, roll back on your 6… it kept the flow going.
Take another lap.
One more evolution just like before but only with merkins… a few of us where done with upper body after this… 30 second body destroyer and mosey back to COT

Hardest 24 minutes in all of The Fort…

WARMUP: Sasquatch ran the PAX to a lit area and instructed them to form 3 lines facing him (2 lines of 4 and 1 line of 3).  After some initial gloom-fogged math and logistics, he got to limbering up the PAX for the first 15 minutes.  Queue *SPONGEBOB VOICE* “21 minutes later” the handoff was completed to YHC (SkateOrDie)
THE THANG: Given that YHC was shorted 6 minutes, we had to forego the body destroyers and get after it… the PAX moseyed (alright, just short of dead sprint) around to the back of the school (NAFO) and found some picnic tables and benches.  The group performed step ups while 1 PAX ran around the outer sidewalk, serving as the timer.  Upon completion, the next PAX ran while the group did box jumps. Rinse and repeat 2 more times. The PAX then repositioned (again, just short of dead sprint) to the pull-up bars behind the JROTC building. Next up, the group completed 1 pull-up, 2 chin-ups, and 3 merkins, rinsing and repeating, while 1 PAX ran to the stop sign at the top of the hill as a timer. Repeato until the remaining PAX ran. The PAX again repositioned (yeah yeah dead sprint…blah blah) to the hill behind Sugar Creek Elementary School. After hearing some mumblechatter about the stupid things we do, YHC implored the PAX to realize that the “stupid things” we choose to do are preparing us for the “tough stuff” that we have to do at other points in our lives. Next up, Jacobs Ladder (1 big boy sit-up at the bottom, 10 burpees at the top). We made it through 4-5 rounds for each of the PAX before repositioning (“quickly”) 1 last time to the bottom of the hill back to NAFO. Once a 10-count was counted, jail break sprint back to the stop sign at the top of the hill and then back to COT for MARY!
MARY: Flutters and Hammers were on the menu, followed by… wait for it… THE BODY DESTROYER!!

Empty Deck

WARMUP: trotted around the parking lot to wait on a late site Q. Got a good 5 minute trot in and picked up Cornerstone and Divac. Passed by this strange looking group in the parking lot that were doing dumb things with sand bags. Wegmans, WWL and this dude who looked dirty…
THE THANG: 3.25 miles of rucking. We got in some irkins, squats, and dips. Cruised through an abandoned parking deck that didn’t have a single scratch on it or look like it has ever been used.
MARY: no Mary – just enjoyed a nice sunrise over the Kingsley lake
ANNOUNCEMENTS: 4th of July workout at Nafo – 1776 workout, bethel mens shelter 7/7. Last weekend for F3 dads
