Crab walk and bear crawl alternating and completing the following exercises at each arrow (does not accumulate)

Leadership message;

The topic was parenting…Couple key points:

Lead by example, do you have your kids do as you do or do as you say? Or are there two sets of rules?

Hold to a set of family values, is there a clear set of values and principles? Maybe even put them on the wall somewhere

Allow space for failure, don’t be hasty to judge, criticize and even being sarcastic can stifle a culture where your kids are comfortable failing in the home- much like the gloom for us, we can feel confident to try things and sometimes fail.

Be a father first friend second, society tells us to let your kids do whatever they want in the name of personal preferences, we aren’t here to placate every desire of our children, we need to be fathers!

and remember this life is nothing but dust in the wind! What will your legacy be? Do your kids know God? Better yet do they know Christ?

THE THANG: COT to Ft mill usps to the hill at 1st Baptist to Print Shop and back. Started with 22 ended with 25. Several freelancers for extra miles. The rain did not come.

Pocket Rockets

WARMUP: ran to auditorium, merkins, stretches, we talked about inches etc.
THE THANG: game of poker A,K,Q,J,10-2. Fun was had by all. Lots of pain dishes out. Helmet came out on top with pocket rockets

Bruttaly Sweet Revenge

WARMUP: Dynamic warmup by running around the perimeter of the COT parking lot performing high knees, butt kickers, and Karaoke on both sides.
THE THANG: Experienced a brutal workout at The Badger on Monday and it became the inspiration for the following.
Complete 10 rounds by the ROTC building near the pullup bars
10 Pull Ups
15 OH Presses w/Cindy
15 Squats w/Cindy
15 KB Swings w/Cindy
15 Big Boys w/Cindy
Then run down to the bottom of the hill and perform 2 Kraken burpees on your first trip. When you completed the Kraken burpees run back to the top of the hill and repeat. Every time you come down to the bottom of the hill increase the Kraken burpee reps by 2. Some of us made it to round 7, most of us finished on rounds 5 or 6. All of us got our moneys worth.
