WARMUP:

THE THANG:
Mosey to the pier behind Pacos Tacos:

– “Walk the plank” – plank while partner lunge walks out then and runs back.
– “Plank the walk” – same but reverse lunge walk & nur
– Bear crawl the pier and run back while and partner squats
– Bear crawl the pier and nur back while and partner squats
– Burpee long jump the pier and run back while and partner does Side Straddle Hops

Review: Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him.

Mosey to pond overlook:
Al Gore while PAX take a lap around the sidewalk island one a time.

Mosey to dirt parking lot:
Partner up for board of pain.
One PAX runs the a marked off area (about half the lot) while other does:

Dawn Patrol hijinks

WARMUP: Circled up and stretched ‘em out while one Pax ran circles around three times

THE THANG: At the center of WEP after pairing up one partner jogged off and after a five count the other partner ran to catch up. Repeated this a few times.

Headed to the hill for a few rounds of Indian Bear Crawl with partners.

Then to playground where partner stayed home and did random exercises while partner ran the perimeter of the playground.

Went back to hill to enjoy more shenanigans and finished at COT. All thoroughly enjoyed.

MARY: Three minutes of Mary and Spike enjoyed having a turn.

Swamp Patrol

WARMUP: a bit in front of the amp, along with some back and forth in the small lot to the side of WEP
THE THANG: Drill bits 5-10-15, up to 35. Add an exercise at every swing. Top lot for Mike Tyson and merkins. Across the grass to the picnic table for some dips. Back near the amp for 2 run, 2 exercise, 2 rounds

Someone turned on the bacon smell

WARMUP: Gathered at the top of the heart of Kingsley with 8 HIMs ready to start their Thursday. Started out with SSH, windmills, cherry pickers, low slow squats, merkins, down dogs and some honeymooners.
THE THANG: Instructions were 3 exercises per stop. First stop was fire pit. 20 merkins, 20 squats, 20 shoulder taps. Next stop was by the waterfall for the same count and exercises. Next stop was the round about for the same 3 exercises and counts.

Next stop was half way towards the trails for: 30 lunges, 30 hammers, 50 calf raises. To the top of the hill at the light for the same 3 exercises and counts. Back down the hill where we stopped for a min for the six, then ran to the round about.

At the round about, we did 25 CDD, 25 plank jacks, 25 seal jacks. Ran towards sunbelt rental down the road, stopped half way for the 6. Then ran all the way down to the corner for another round of the 25s. Ran half way up the hill, then ran back to pick up the 6, then did another round of 25s.

Last was 50s up the hill to COT. 50s were: 50 step count of 80-90% sprint, 50 steps at 5k’ish speed, 50 steps walking which landed us at COT.

THE THANG: ruck/walk around WEP and stop at every swing/bench for enough Calf raises, lunges and squats to feel them for the rest of the day. We did ALL the reps.
