13 pax showed up for an Armory beatdown today. The Mikel chatter stopped fast when they learned they had 16 minutes to complete 500 reps OYO. We missed the time hack but got it plenty of work

100 reps in any manner the pac saw fit of the following exercises – merkins, big boys w/bell, squats with bell, curls, tricep extensions.

It pays to be a winner
Mosey to the wall for a wall sit as long as you can. Upon failure take a lap. Last man standing don’t have to run
Rinse and repeat with B2W as the exercise

Finish up with another round of merkins, squats, swings, curls, tricep extensions until 6:00

Rhythm Is Going To Get You

WARMUP: Stretch lab, mosey around road pilons to the tune of Rocky’s Gonna Fly Now, People’s Chair with a burpee count, Plank Jacks & SSH
THE THANG: 4 Corner Draw-each corner of the parking lot equipped with decks if F3 cards each focusing on Cardio, Core, Legs, Upper. Spotify soundtrack of F3’s “300 Great Workout Songs”.
MARY: 2 minute Core work to cap off F1.

Fun at WEP

Mosey over to lot behind WEP amphitheater. EMOM run a lap around parking lot and do 15 SSHs. Whatever time you have left in the 60 seconds, try to get your heartrate back down. Repeat for 10 minutes.

Move over to in front of amphitheater for main thing. Exercises on the left were 10 merkins and 10 LBCs. Exercises on the right were 10 squats and 10 plank jacks. Every time you pass center 10 SSHs. Break into 2 groups. Group 1 runs out 4 swinging benches to the left, does Exercises, then runs back stopping at middle then 1 bench on right. 3 left, 2 right. 2 left, 3 right. 1 left, 4 right. Stopping at middle every time. Group 2 does same thing but starts with 4 right, 1 left….fun was had by all. Mosey back to COT. Fast guys finished with a few abs. Thx for the opportunity <@U686LEPLH>

Red Herring Barcetta

WARMUP: Yes. Even did some merkins with our feet elevated as part of it. Guys were not happy.
THE THANG: Ran over to the old America Jackal grounds. Did some string of pearls around the school including: Bulgarian Split Squats, Toy Soliders, Bear Crawls, Rugby Sprints, a moment of 4 corners (merkins, squats, lunges, burpees).

50 yards & 50 LBCs
25 yards & 25 merkins

Didn’t quite have time to work our way back up, but we got past the burpees, merkins, and LBCs.

Tired of cold weather

WARMUP:
SSH, low slow squats, high knees, butt kickers, karaoke
THE THANG:
Line up along the parking lines. With your kettle bell staying in one spot we performed the following exercises and then traveled to the next parking line. After each round you would add 5 reps and go to the next parking line.

Reps started at 5
1 arm OH press each arm – bear crawl / rev bear crawl back to bell
Goblet squat – lunge walk / rev lunge walk back
Chest press – inch worm merkin / rev inch worm merkin
Curls – crab walk / rev crab
LBCs- run / nur

We made it to 20 then we did a quick burnout to get through the rest of the reps by dropping the mode of transportation and just knocking out the reps decreasing each round 15, 10 and 5.

Total reps done 400.

Shoulders are sore, but more importantly I am glad I got out of bed this morning. Knowing someone is depending on you being there makes a big difference. Accountability is key.

20 and 12

WARMUP:
THE THANG: mosey to the church of god parking lot where the pax did a few Freddy mercuries while they waited for the six (me) to arrive.

From there we did the cross workout. Run out to one of four points and then back to the middle. Each time we arrived at a point, we did 20 flutters (count one leg only), and each time we arrived back to the center, we did 12 merkins. The four outer points were the parking lot at the top of the hill, the small lot across from the old police station, the lot at the top of Monroe white st where the old town hall (and the old phone company) is, and the intersection of confederate and Forrest st.

One wrinkle was coming back from the Forrest street point, we climbed the stairs of the church of god activity building and did 12 derkins with the aid of their picnic tables

Mileage requirements for the morning were exceeded
