THE THANG: 7s – 1 merkin, bear crawl to far sideway, 6 dips, crabwalk back. Repeat, add one merkin, subtract one dip.
Lap around car loop
Pillars – alternate between squats and curls, 10 each
Lap around car loop
Ruck carry above head the length on parking lot, repeat x 3
Ruck to back of school, down stairs, loop back to Memorial Gardens and return to COT.

WARMUP: Minimal as per usual at Sweep The Leg. Mosey to Legacy Health. SSH, Peach Pickers, Hillbillies, and toy soldiers.
THE THANG: Mosey to back of Good Hill Middle / 25 Merkins, 25 LBC’s 25 Monkey Humpers. Mosey to hill behind schools bball court. 13 light polls. Run to 3rd so 7 big boys, run back 2 and do 7 merkins. Rinse and repeat until u hit the top. Run back to COT right at 6am.

Juneteenth Inspired

WARMUP: N/A

THE THANG:
Rucked into the woods stopping periodically to do exercises in counts of 6 and 19 in honor of Juneteenth.
First stop was “The Office” for 6 pull-ups and 19 squats. Headed down to the benches by the river at the bottom of the hill by GHMS for 6 tricep dips and 19 irkins. Moseyed around then headed back to COT.

Had great conversations and fellowship along the way.

WARMUP: Mosey to Pitcairn Park boat ramp
SSH, IW, MNC, LSS, Merkins, Shoulder Taps, Mtn Climbers,
THE THANG: 11s Burppies at the bottom, LBC at the top then some dips and step ups, followed by Derkins Irkins and calf raises. Head back to Alcatraz, and the bottom of “the hill” for a Sisyphus run 10sec, 20sec, 30sec. Slow mosey back to COT
MARY: No Mary, but a @airborne Hip routine. Closed with Body Destroyer

A Little Bit of Everything

WARMUP: 25 SSH, 25 Peach Pickers, 15 windmills, 15 Moroccan Night Clubs, Hillbillies, Toy Soldiers
THE THANG:
Indian run around WEP while alternating mode of transport every trash can (run and bear crawl). Realized this was stupid and changed to running and bearcrawls where 6 runs to front.

Mosey to Monroe White road pendulum and conducted 11’s merkins and flutters at top of hills and 10 squats at bottom. Ended at 6 and 5 to complete other fun stuff.

Mosey to Print Shop and did 7’s with pull ups and big boys.

Mosey back to WEP stage. Did wall sits while passing Cindy back and forth.
