WARMUP: long one
THE THANG: run to Nestle house, exercise at each road. Dips, derkins, wheel barrels at his back yard. Run back doing the same. Ner up hill × 3 with 20x flutters 10x merkins. Cot cocaine bear crawls adding one merkin each parking space. Playground 20 steps up 20 dips x 3. 2 x 5 good pull ups.

THE THANG: Ruck .75 miles, Ruck-Shuffle .25 miles
20-15-10-5 stops every mile with the ruck on

– 5 burpees

Mosey over to pull up bars for station 1, run down to bottom of hill for station 2
Station 1 –
5x pull ups
5x sandbag man makers
10x merkins
Station 2 –
5x burpees
5x jump squats
5x jump lunges

Part 2 –
Round 1 –
1 x sandbag man maker/burpee in the center before each corner
5 x merkins
5 x hello dolly
5 x flutters
5 x American hammers
Each round add 1 rep in center and 5 reps at corners. All got around 5 rounds in.

2025.40 The Stockade

Warmup… run to nearest parking lot with at least 10 parking spaces. Burpee at each parking line then broad jump or bunny hop between lines. x3 (30 burpees) Misc exercises between sets.

Mosey behind Dogtopia to the parking spaces doing a suicide and stopping at each line (total 12 lines). Plank for 6.

Mosey to wall of Harris Teeter facing O’Reilly for wall sits and donkey kicks. (x3)

Mosey to original parking lot for a repeat of burpee bunny hops.
