O to the smells of BushPit

WARMUP:
Mosey over to middle school with multiple stops along the way to our final destination by the football field.

SSH, imperial walker, second cousin hillbilly walker, butt kickers, high knees

THE THANG:
Ladder where you start with first exercise and then run a lap. Add a new exercise each lap and count increases by two for all exercises along the way. Note that Birdcage requested 2 miles so I made the lap longer than I typically would.

Soft field, all work

WARMUP: Gathered for a quick disclaimer, no FNGs, ran about 200 yards. SSH, cherry pickers, windmills, merkins, squats, and some stretches.
THE THANG: Ran over to the football field with a few small stops. Based on the counts of the exercises, that were each each end zone, you did the count of the exercises on the yard line that matched the count. Counts of 60 were done on the 50. Once you did the exercise, you’d run to the far end zone to start at the top…then it was just back and forth working down the list.

So here’s the thing, I missed a few guys. Not bc I don’t appreciate my fans, but bc I was having oxygen issues in the brain and the video evidence was maliciously destroyed.

Fogerty- burpees, bear crawl, diamond merkins, uphill, more running
Liberty Biberty- wall sits, and running, and more running

Here’s the deal, we are accelerating. We are taking the first step TODAY. I couldn’t be any happier to be taking over #Bushpit. I have ideas, you want more, I will give the people what they want. Well well well, everyone wants to #expandeast. So hows that going? JK, I dont care. Birdcage is here to solve your expansion problems and Im bringing an Indian Land attitude with it. Im calling on all the greats to re-join me and make our side of town the pride of F3 it once was. Mothership, pssssh….. Minnow Pond, light work. People used to shutter at the thought of posting at an Indian Land workout. Think you can handle it? Or do you have a moderate workout to attend somewhere?

Im going to revamp Bushwood starting Wednesday 8/27. Your going to be there for the launch. Think youve seen everything there is at F3, Ill prove you wrong. New challanges, new ideas, and a new attitude.

17 men, 3 Ruckers and 14 of The Ungovernable, came to BushHolePit to celebrate National Left-Handers Day. Or just to workout. Whichever.

WARMUP:
Like we needed it warmer out there. But we did do a little moseying, windmills, mountain climbers, etc.
THE THANG:
We went the long way around the school (is there a short way?) stopping for some things along the way. Some Dora, some bear crawls, dips, step-ups, muscle ups, etc. You know what we DIDN’T stop for? Pull-ups? Why? Because the AO got all bougie and walled them off from us peasants. Oh well. I would elaborate on this mornings festivities, but I made no weinke and I am not smart enough to recall all the things.

All you need to know is Birdcage was there and you probably weren’t, so you missed out. Seriously, the guy is hilarious. Love him.

No Rain with a Sprinkle of pain

THE THANG: 9s on a hill (IronMikes and Squats)
9s ( BombJax at the bottom of hill with a bear crawl halfway up hill and Seal Jax at top)
Closed out with a potluck Pax choice of rep and exercise at each parking lot island – 6 stops.
Rinse and repeat on way back to COT.
