WARMUP: ssh, imp walkers, windmills, Peter Parker’s and shoulder taps, all in cadence
THE THANG: 2 workout stations were set up at opposite ends of the school parking lot. Each had a list of exercises/rep counts eg 40 flutters. In the middle was a basketball goal and the middle school walking track. Pax would proceed to one station and do the first listed exercise. They would return to the middle and shoot a shot. If it goes in, just run a lap and proceed to station 2 to do the first exercise there. If the shot misses, 10 derkins, then run a lap and proceed to station two. Repeat this until time.

We quit a little early and played a game of knockout – we’re bad at basketball

“Complacency Crusher: No Comfort Zones Here!”

Rolled into the AO with four minutes left on the clock, a perfect reminder that sometimes showing up is half the battle—but the other half is leaving any hint of comfort behind.

– Paused to discuss the importance of pushing against complacency, especially during the holidays. It’s easy to let our guard down with, “It’s just a holiday treat” or “It’s cold, I’ll skip today.” But when we hear that voice justifying the easy path, it’s a signal to lean in and push harder. Consistency beats comfort every time.

Lifting @ the Country Club

THE THANG: Set-up our lifting toys on the sidewalk at the front of the stadium. PAX partnered up. 1st partner runs from the sidewalk to the end of the parking lot, perform 3 burpees, then runs back to his partner. Partner #2 performs the noted exercise with equipment until Partner #1 returns. There were 7 toys, PAX played with each toy twice.

35lb Dumbbell = 1 hand alternating Snatches

Next, we moseyed to first island in the parking lot where there were 2 – 45lb plates. 1 PAX farmer carried both plates to the next island and back while all other PAX performed an ab exercise of their choice. Had time for each PAX to make one trip.

Cherry poppin Q with some corners & such

THE THANG: mosey to lower field for some 4 corners. each corner 10 bomb jacks, 20 merkins, 30 CDDs, 40 squats, 50 flutters with MOT between corners mosey & bear crawls. 2nd half mosey to basketball courts for rounds of sprints with reverse of first half (10 flutters, 20 squats, 30 CDDs, 40 merkins.
