WARMUP: Windmills, Imperial Walkers, Hillbilly Walkers and some stretching downward dog and hinetmooners
THE THANG: We were on the football field every numbered yard line you had an exercise, you ran to the yard line and nur back to the goalie.
10 Yard line 10 Burpees
20 yard line 20 Mt Climbers
30 yard line 30 Merkins
40 yard line 40 LBC’s
50 yard line 50 SSH
40 yard line 40 LBC’s
30 yard line 30 Merkins
20 yard line 20 Mt Climbers
10 yard line 10 Burpees
Rinse and repeated

WARMUP: Throw a bag on our shoulders an ruck behind the school. Get to other side: 20 SSH, 15 WM, 15 Cherry Pickers
THE THANG: Partner up: 1. Curls with sand bag/Farmers Carry both rucks 2. Squat/Overhead carry 3. Lunge/Front Carry 4. Upright row/Bag Throw while wearing ruck.
Load up sand bags and head to middle of soccer field:
BC with pull (50 yards), Suitcase carry to middle, BC with pull through again (50 yards).
Mosey to sand bag and take back to shovel flag.
Do a round of catch me if you can with 5 merkins and suitcase carry.

MARY: We almost made it a minute.

THE THANG: Ruck 3.3 miles with stops at the flag at St. Philip Neri for the pledge and the turnaround point at Fort Mill High School.

The privilege of working out is one YHC did not take for granted this week. Despite some short nights of sleep and earlier than normal alarms, it was great to know I was going to be out with the PAX – the best gift we can receive – one of community and belonging. And it never gets old, just better.

WARMUP: brief
THE THANG: tried a couple of things. Didn’t feel like YHC did a great job articulating. We moved to the next station and tried a few more.

Buy in, cash out

WARMUP: SSHs and windmills. Then partner up and catch me if you can around loop. P1 does 5 hand release merkins, p2 farmer carries both rucks. P1 runs to catch P2 and switch. On and on around loop.
THE THANG: Buy in: 50 squats and 50 swings, break up as you want.
Main event: 4 rounds of the following:
20 flutters w/press
15 merkins w/ruck
10 ruck OH squats
5 man-makers
Lap (alternated between run and ruck)
Cash out: 50 single leg V-ups and 50 high pulls, break up as you want.
Recover and head back to COT.

WARMUP: SSH, Casbah Number 2s
THE THANG: Two teams. Two 60lb sandbags (thanks <@U01K743CG2G>)

Teams line up shoulder to shoulder and pass the sandbags up and down the line 2x rucks on.

Get up the hill where a stack of exercises is waiting. The team does the exercises and when the whole team is done, back down the hill to the sandbags. Rinse and repeat with the usual exercises. In the voice of Rooney from Ferris Bueller “9 times.”

MARY: 5 minutes of groin pulls.

Sharing Burdens

WARMUP: No warmup
THE THANG: Rucking within the Kingsley property while sharing a 40lb dumbbell while you were talking about your burdens. We did (10) reps of low-slow Squats each person while one person was holding the dumbbell and we rotated through everyone to have a chance to do the low-slow squat with the dumbbell.

Good old fashioned ruck and sandbag work

WARMUP:
– Mosey around the entire entrance loop
– Merkins x10
– Peter Parker x10
– Parker Peter x10
– Windmill x10

THE THANG:
Move to the grass field with just the sand bag. Gather at one end of the field.
– Sandbag throw into a man maker from one end of the field to the other
– At the end, complete a series of exercises
– Sandbag throw back to the other end of the field
– Complete the exercises again.

Exercises completed at each end:
– LBCs x 10
– Thrusters x10
– Pull-thrus x10 each side
– Flutters x10 each leg

Move back to the flag where we left the rucks. Partner up. One partner completes the exercise with the sandbag while the other completes the exercise with the ruck. Then switch.

2 Rounds
– 10 curls SB
– 10 curls ruck
– 10 Overhead press SB
– 10 Overhead press ruck
– 10 Squats SB
– 10 Squats ruck on front

MARY:
– 4 minutes a various ab exercises
