Ran down to Dolby’s Bridge Elementary, and did laps around the school. 3 laps at a comfortable pace, 4th lap at a fast pace. Complete as many laps as possible till 06:00.

WARMUP:
Run to Doby’s Bridge Elementary – take the long way

THE THANG:
teacher parking lot is the fast loop
around the school is a slow loop
most did 3ish, some did 4
meet where the cafeteria folks park for the pacer test. If you’re out during the pacer test, take the short loop. When cafeteria worker rolls in, it’s time for us to leave. We got to 38 rounds of the pacer test: Maximus, LTrain, and YHC were left standing.

All I heard was run and push-ups

WARMUP: go
THE THANG: start from COT and run to school, up the hill with light posts, turn around at stop sign, and run back to COT.

Start out at 10k pace for first 1/4 mile, 1k pace for next 1/4 mile, then 25 merkins (so 25 merkins every .5 miles.

Rinse and repeat.

Looking at 3-5 miles for 150-300 merkins.

WARMUP: Escort the sand bags to the field and run a lap around the field. SSH, Wind Mill, Tappy Taps
THE THANG: Bear crawl the width (or depth depending on how you look at it) of the field while performing 3 Carolina Dry Docks every 10 paces. Crawl Bear back to the start while performing the same CDD movement.
Sand Bag toss the width of the field and overhead carry back.
